Got assigned this company twice for service requests through American Home Shield, one under AR&C, and the other under the name Martin’s Heating & Cooling. I wasn’t around for the first visit, my wife was, but she had nice things to say about them and the winter check up on our heater we got. I was home for an issue with our cooler in the summer though and had a lot to ask about – what caused this, how to prevent it, how one part of my system worked with the outside part, even a rough ballpark of how much it would be to eventually replace units in my system with and without AHS. He didn’t mind me watching him the whole visit to learn, and we chatted about work and non-work stuff, explained the two names for the company mentioned at the beginning of my review, and was a generally nice person. Next time I have an issue, I’ll ask AHS to assign me to AR&C/Martin’s.

William Martin gave me a call and gave me an over the phone diagnosis. Top notch and knew exactly what he was talking about. Will be using for any hvac needs in the future.

We’ll definitely use ARC Specialists again. They were here within the hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and didn’t charge an astronomical fee. The technician was very professional and courteous. It means a lot to us when we find someone we can trust and count on. And all of this on the evening before a holiday when we couldn’t even get others to call us back.

AR&C Specialists was the most professional and customer service oriented people I have ever had do work for me. The service tech had a very complex and confusing issue with the A/C system and wouldn’t surrender to it. It was His experience with various systems that made it all come together and solve the problem. Would recommend this company to anyone with out hesitation.

We were assigned this company by AHS for our home warranty. Immediately after being assigned our schedule was set and the communication started. This company is very professional and shows great understanding for its client’s needs. Our fan in our condenser had stopped spinning. Jerry was awesome. The company even sent a text message saying that Jerry would arrive within the hour. Upon arrival, Jerry diagnosed the unit and determined that we had a bad capacitor and switched it out. The fan would stll not start up. Jerry then went to his van and pulled out a fan motor. I was blown away! This company really does make ac a breeze. I couldn’t believe that they had the parts necessary in the van to complete the job. No waiting for parts to be ordered or second visits like I have read about other HVAC companies in the area. Save yourself some time and sweat and contact A, R & C Specialists. Should I have any other issues with my HVAC unit. I am contacting this great company.

Billy and his crew are the best in the business. Extremely courteous and professional and work quality is top notch. They replaced two heat pumps and AC units for me and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

We use AR&C to service and repair our HVAC units at our home on Smith Lake. They always take their time to diagnose the problem and get our units working again and typically in one visit. I’d definitely recommend them.
